Does anyone have any ideas to help heal there tounge after you bit it. And what foods will be easy on it so you don't hurt your tongue when you eat.

Don't eat and food with a lot of seasoning it will irritate your tongue

suck on ice, I would by a soda (forgive me) and would suck on the ice as I drank it. I would sometime go without eating hard stuff but ice cream, ice cream sandwiches, soup with not much to chew, discustion canned ravoli or spegetti, yech. but those are soft and doesnt take chewing. Keep on the cold stuff, it helps the pain and healing just like you'd do if you had a burn on your skin

Wash your mouth. out with warm salt water
