Does Anyone Else With Photosensitive Epilepsy Find That Wearing Sunglasses Outside Decreases Your Chance Of Having A Seizure ?

That's very correct because the sunlight can reflect off of o lot of things like cars and water and when your going down the Rd where tree lines are because the sunlight will shine between the trees as you drive or walk and that's flashing light directly to your eyes and will cause the seizures just like flashing lights in the dark will so plzz be careful and definitely wear sunglasses because I had to get prescripting sun glasses since I have bad vision myself and it works like you wouldn't believe.

Don't watch TV in the dark and totally get away from smoking cigarettes also because nicotine sets them off very bad and I was forced to quit smoking back before the nicotine chewing gum and everything like that was ever created.

No I am the other way around most of the time even if it is raining sometimes the light does it not all the time as it has not happened for ages I felt like a fool going out with sunglasses on in the rain or snow

All I know about un natural light is stay away from looking directly at computer screens.
