i get a migraine and cant sleep so i turn into a very nasty person,can't eat afterwords either which makes the headache worse

I'm always really tired and grumpy after my pm's. I understand it's because my brain burned through all the seratonin while seizing. I usually try to take a short nap afterward if at all possible. That usually seems to help.

unless this is a very old picture then you are very young. Or at least much older than me. I am emotional for a few minutes now. More like scared and confused, so...bitchy. I'll not put up with stuff like I do when I'm healthier.

I sometimes do cry after wards but i feel so lousy i just want to go back to bed and be left alone. I notice the migraines are the worst plus i can't seem to focus
