Does Coconut Oil Really Reduce Seizures?

Does Coconut Oil Really Reduce Seizures?

I was reading that a few people were taking 2teaspoons of coconut oil a day and it was helping them. What do you guys think

Coconut oil is high in natural fat. If you are eating a high fat, low carb diet such as Modified Atkins coconut oil can help reduce seizures. It would help increase your body's ketones.
