Can a low grade fever be an aura? I've noticed I get these sometimes before I have a seizure

I feel hot and then. Go look in mirror and my face and chest will be red. I take this to b a warning that a seizure is coming

I know in cancer patients they consider low grade anything up to 101 degrees.
