I've been denied like 5 times and it's ridiculous. It's only by the grace of God that I'm still able to survive with my best friend and family. I have an attorney, but I am not happy with him at all. I'm in PA. Here, Epilepsy isn't really considered a disability unless you have it with something else. I am completely frustrated.

I also am trying to get disability, I have applied 3 times (im currently fighting my third) and I dont have a lawyer. In awaiting trial, im in Cali and same for your state, PA- they dont really see Epilepsy as that dire or as a disability unless its paired with something else. I have a daughter (4) and I dont work. I have my seizures in my sleep, I cant work, i do habe other health issues, yet I haven't seen a neuro in almost 2 years. Ugh. Hopefully we all get the help we need. These seizures and us surviving on ropes isnt good!

I was denied over and over. My suggestion is talk to a lawyer its worth the money so you don't have to deal with all that mess
