The diet helped me for one year but then I stopped the diet and the seizures came back
I hear a lot about keto diet and how it might be helpful in treading epilepsy. I see Leto as very extreme diet with possible serious side effects. Is it really worth of trying for someone who Experience seizures roughly once a month?

Is there any other ways other than anti-convulsants that help with seizures that anyone has tried? I’m going to talk to a doctor about it, don’t worry. I’m just curious if there are any other ways other than medication because I hate the side-effects. I may just deal with it. I’m probably going to try Depakote.
