Members weighed in on morning dizziness after taking medications, sharing that eating something beforehand and drinking more water throughout the day made a noticeable difference for many. Several members highlighted the importance of staying well-hydrated, noting that many epilepsy medications can contribute to kidney or gallstones, and that drinking enough water daily helps prevent this. A recurring theme was listening to your body, lying down when dizziness hits, and checking in with a doctor, with the original poster sharing that eating more and drinking more water seemed to be helping.
