Heres a free and quick way 2 reduce pain. Lay on the floor with your legs against the wall tilting up, massage where it hurts for 3 minutes then bend your legs forward towards your face for 30 seconds. Repeat as needed. It will hurt, but the more u do it, the more the pain subsides. Elevate your legs as often as u can. Tilt them on top of the couch otherwise youre aggravating them and causing more pain. Try laying your leg on top of a pillow when u sleep. With upper body, raise your hands, massage, then bend arms, shoulders, hands and fingers. Try Nature Made 1200mg fish oil. Theyre sold at Target, Walmart and most drug stores. You will feel relief within about 5 minutes of taking them. Reasonable price for how well they work. Good luck. Happy Halloween and Feliz Dia De Los Muertos

I have movements suggested by my Physical Therapist. My right knee now hurts a lot, and the walker I use may need fixing. Standing can be difficult.

MicheleTravis It’s the only way to get me comfortable when I feel this way. But I still hate being confined to my couch when this acts up like it does . This is one of my main reasons that I’m going to go foward and tell the NP when I see her in November that I want a referral to go in for both a PT as well as an OT to go on and have me fitted for a rigid wheelchair to keep me mobile on the days I need to be off my feet both in home as well as in public places. I think at this point this is the best approach right now.
