Carlos there are no tricks. All you can do is make sure she has been to a nerurologists and has been officially diagnosed with Epilepsy and is on the right drug for right now because that will likely change based on future seizure activity. If she is working maybe short term disability while you two work to navigate this what will be one if not the biggest challenge of your marriage because it is the hardest thing that keeps me dodging curve balls on a daily basis and I'm totally alone with nobody so thankfully she has you when you're not at work. Glad you found this site. It took me a while to find when I was feeling like nobody in the world understood my situation but here you understood and may find some helpful resources.
I guess I meant more for me. How can I build enough confidence to leave my wife home alone while I go to work? Any tips and tricks?
Tell a couple of people at work what might happen. Maybe give them some kind of summary from The Epilepsy Foundation on how to respond to a seizure. I'm not sure if your employer has the right to know.
