Members shared a wide range of personal experiences around what can trigger breakthrough seizures, touching on both physical and emotional factors. Several members pointed to lack of sleep, stress, heat, dehydration, missing medications, weather changes, alcohol, MSG foods, and low atmospheric pressure as common culprits. A recurring theme was the importance of staying consistent with medications, knowing your personal triggers, and leaning on community support and even humor to keep going.

Well there are lots of things. I could be wrong but I would say if you had a set sleep routine for a long time that wasn't great but it was ok then this would a major one. This is basically why I had a break though. The other issue is it could be the meds just stop working or suddenly don't work as well.
