still telling you that you need to be in your pjs and robe with your comfortable pair of slippers on your feet or just staying completely barefoot for the day while having to be lounging in your sleep ware for the day. I get it quite often more than I’d like to. But for me anymore I’m having to do without anything on my feet what so ever. It seems after hitting 50 last year it’s hit me more often than it used to . Members connected warmly over the shared experience of having low-energy days where staying in pajamas and slippers feels like the only option, with many noting that fatigue, seizures, arthritis, and medication side effects often make it hard to get dressed and go about a normal day. Several members shared personal coping strategies, like switching to baths instead of showers to avoid falls, letting pets provide comfort, wearing bright or colorful clothing to lift their mood, and listening to their body's signals before planning any outings. A recurring theme was the relief of knowing they were not alone in feeling this way, with many members offering each other encouragement and understanding.

@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member how old are you? Just wondering. I will be 62 in December, and I am so tired now. Just tired of everything. Tired of medicine, surgery, still being sick. My husband is so busy taking care of his father who is 90. He calls my husband 5-6 times per day. He is trying to take care of me, and his father. His father can make calls for himself and he doesn't. my husband is having chest pain.
