I can’t say for sure but I know my neurologist has helped me the most even if there is no cure. They said journaling can calm you down. Or maybe use sticky notes. Those may not help cure my memory but the journaling has helped with stress. I know when certain things stress me out I can get a bit tense. And sometimes need to vent.

Hi Zeek,

My short-term memory is bad now. If I had brain surgery, I would lose my memory again. What therapy will help me? Please tell me.
