A food related? Have anyone ever tried bison or buffalo meat and what are your thoughts on the post here, curious and wondering is all?

I have tried it and do like it and don't know if i had both, I eat it every now and then and usually get it a few times a year but that is my opinion here on the post here, amen

Arctic Char is even better! But u have to be either indigenous or have a special license to fish for them. So they’re very expensive, but it’s worth it! Luckily I get some from friends who I used to fish with. It’s been so long since I’ve gone fishing, it’s a shame.
