Members connected over the shared struggle of fatigue and sluggishness, especially how epilepsy, fibromyalgia, spinal issues, and medications can drain energy and make daily life harder. Several members shared coping strategies like napping daily, pacing themselves before exhaustion sets in, and paying attention to weather changes as a fatigue trigger. A recurring theme was the importance of advocating for yourself with doctors, with many encouraging one member to switch neurologists after years of feeling dismissed and unheard.

I'm on the max with my epilepsy medicine my Dr is now having me caring a nayzalam nasil spray because I have Refractory epilepsy and medication slows down the seizures never going to be able to stop them.. it's frustrating to be living with 54 years of my life now I'm a candidate for the RNS implement so I'm waiting for my nurse navigator to be contacting me about my options with the RNS implement

@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member,
I still think you ought to go to a Dr. to find out for sure. I am sorry you've been going through such, but wouldn't you even like to know by seeing some1 for sure what it has been? Just speaking in concern from how you've been feeling for some time.

@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member,
Thank you, I've felt that way through the years of seeing Dr.s Thankfully I've had some good and bad 1's. If they were bad, after giving them a chance and they weren't good. I never hesitated to change. I wish you the same on you having a Good Seizure-Free Day and Evening also.
