Members responded warmly to the question about random twitches and jerks, with many sharing that their own doctors have identified these movements as a form of seizure, often called myoclonic or focal seizures, and that you don't always lose consciousness during one. Several members described experiencing twitches in their legs, lips, arms, eyebrows, and face, with some noting the jerks act as an aura that can signal a larger seizure is coming. A recurring theme was to track your symptoms, ask your doctor or neurologist about them, and consider whether current seizure medications may be playing a role.

Those twitches snd jerks be aura ., which be a seizure in itself .. they can stand alone ., or come before a more serious seizure like tonic clonic .. restless leg is a syndrome .. usually connected to a medical issue .. twitches near eyes, lips, fingers also be auras .. our neurologist call them mini seizures .. hugs from William and Jen๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿค—๐Ÿค—

Sounds like Myaclonic Epilepsy. They are seizures if it is and are focal, partial complex seizures. They affect your central nervous system and are very subtle, attack your face eyelids mouth jaw speech before moving to limbs. They kind of build up to tonic clonic seizures. Speak to your nurse and GP.
