Members came together to help someone struggling to navigate and read content on the community site, sharing tips to make things easier. Several members offered practical advice, including making the screen larger, using a web browser like DuckDuckGo, and using a two-finger pinch gesture to zoom in on content. One member also gave step-by-step directions for finding the Q&A section by scrolling to the top of the page and clicking the Featured Epilepsy Team Q&A tab.

I have had horrible email issues over the past 2 weeks. I'm sorry I can't help. But please reply to this message so I can find out if I'm still receiving your comments. Thanks.

How can you view responses and comments on MyEpilepsyTeam?

It sounds frustrating not being able to see the responses you're interested in! Let's get that sorted out.

If you received a notification about someone commenting on your post, you can find it under "My Notifications." Select the link and you'll be taken directly to that comment.

Once you're viewing a post or question, look for these options to see all responses:
- Select "show more"
- Select "View all comments"
- Select "View next"

These buttons will help you read older comments and all the responses on that post.

If you're trying to browse questions and answers from the community, select the menu icon in the upper left corner, then choose "Questions & Answers" under "What's New." From there, you can sort by most recent, most answered, or most helpful.

If you're still having trouble viewing specific content, it might help to check if you're looking in the right section - posts, questions, and comments are organized differently on the site.

@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member , I don’t know if you found what you wanted, or if this is what you’re looking for, but if you go to the very top of your page, click on the Q & A & then near the top you’ll see where it says “Featured Epilepsy Team Q & A” & then it will have a few questions & I scrolled to the left & right to see them & if you find one you want to read you could just click on it. Again, I don’t know if this is what you wanted. Your friend in Texas, Becky

Hello. Use your web browser. Your email is loaded with too much junk mail. I have it saved as a recurring website, so all I do is click. I use DuckDuckGo, it keeps everything I want to see together, no ads, and it’s free.
