Yes I do. I had adjust when I take cenobamate. I take it with dinner. My brain has a lot of activity at night, so this has helped me better.
When I first started taking Xcopri, I took it in the morning. I was tired and brain fog all day.
You just need to know or how you feel about when you need to slow your brain activity down.

Yes. I'm now on 250mg/day of cenobamate (Ontozry), and it makes me very drowsy - although conversation is fine, and I can go running, I need to sleep a lot (maybe 10hrs/day, including 3hr naps). This is with Lamotrigine, which I am to start decreasing the dose of to see if that decreases the side effects. They probably work together. It's very different from 6 months ago before the cenobamate replaced lacosamide.
