Is anyone else experiencing bad moods that seem uncontrollable? Especially feeling overly sensitive?

The variety of things that could be contributing to mood issues is broad and expands way outside of medication side effects. If it’s a chronic issue, try therapy and an SSRI.

Yes I deal with it daily. Some days are good. I’m these are bad right now. I have the aura like I’m fixing to have a seizure and I’m sure a lot of people well, you understand what I’m saying. when I say the aura, the yes move swings are definitely common but I’m sorry. I’ve gotta get off here for right now. You have a blessed day.

The stress that comes with managing epilepsy can make mood changes more frequent or extreme. Your sense of self can be affected by changes in activities and relationships, which can validly lead to feelings of loss and worry.
