When the clocks change it does upset my body clock that upsets my sleep routine.

I tried the sleep schedule, go to bed at the same time every night and do everything the same before. I switch from tv to music about an hour before bed to relaxing music. It took a little while but it worked. I fall asleep within minutes of getting into bed.

Dave7, My meds are supposed to be taken 12 hours apart. s a kid, i took others such as Zarontin and Phenobarbitol. I took many of the older AEDs. I know Disaltin did damage to my gums and teeth.. Something meds last longer than others. It might also mention the dosage.

No, I've never heard of Ramelteon. OTC meds never work, so Trazodone it is only as needed.
