Members shared their preferred sleeping positions in response to a fun and curious question about how people sleep, with side sleeping (especially on the left) being the most common answer. Several members described how health conditions shape their sleeping habits, including managing seizures, back pain, vertigo, and limb loss, with some finding that sleeping on their back or elevating their legs brought more comfort. A recurring theme was adapting sleep positions to fit personal health needs, and one member shared a deeply moving story about how a partner's quiet, loving presence helped ease phantom limb pain and nighttime seizures.

supporting me in my agony .. she hold my hands in hers as we pray together .. as I be relaxing into her gentle support.. my pain gradually easing until I be sinking into the relief of blessed sleep .. she speak not a word .. allowing the sweet sound of silence of her quiet love for me to speak.. when there be no words .. no other way to banish such unbearable pain .. to soothe an achingky troubled mind .. quiet love be the welcome answer for us .. perhaps it be for you all as well .. hugs and prayers to all who be suffering such this day ..
