For the past week my daughter who has had absence seizures for past 2 years tells me when I see her have an absemce seizure she can still see me and tries to move but cant speak and feels her head and body throb. She looks like a typical absence seizure
I have absence seizures. I have no clue of having an seizure, unless someone witness it and tell me. I also live alone.
Thank you for the hug
Hello my fellow warriors and friends. When I would have a Absence Focal seizure, the only thing that I can recall or remember was first having a trigger of HEAT, and next an AURA would happen.... after that
lights out.
My mom would tell me that I would be still and the eyes would be glassy. I would be in the seizure for 3 seconds and then would come out of it by myself. If I am on the floor, I am able to get up on my own without any ones help.

It depend on the severity, but the meds have been working. The minor ones I may stare, if I was talking or doing an activity, stop for a short while. If they are long, first I need to urinate, then possibly sleep for a few hours.
I know I had to look up the complete description of everything for this but I know only things related I’ve had happen in the past is I do constantly stare into space I have no idea why just do and there’s times in the day where my lips my twitch only other thing that twitches in my body but it ain’t it is my foot but I don’t recall any of them creating a actual seizure while they were starting and I don’t think my mom or sister ever noticed anything like that in the past. I know recently I’ve been losing some memory but it’s because the more Gran Mal Seizures I keep having. I do hope this information is helpful in some way and hope UR daughter ends up figuring out how to lessen these to happen only thing I can do with mine is just take meds with 12 hour apart from each other if there 1-2 hours apart by a little or more a seizure keeps happening and I have a hard time remembering the morning meditations.
