Recuperating after a seizure is the most stressful and hardest. Does anyone else feel this way?

I am annoyed with those who do not have seizures and have not experienced the falls try to give me advice. I prefer being alone. When I have something to say I inform you guys.

After having a seizure it takes me at least 30 minutes to get my mind and memory back due to being confused alot, more so cause I live alone.

It doesn’t take me any time or effort to recuperate. I always get right back to what I was doing before. I don’t even know when I have a seizure. Somebody else has to witness my seizures.

Audrey, there's no reason to feel annoyed. I know that you're angry with yourself for having had an "episode", but everyone on here knows what that's like. What I do is tell my friends and colleagues all about what to do if something "odd" happens. And I tell them why. There is nothing to be ashamed of.
