haven’t lost power but with it getting in the teens tonight I wouldn’t be surprised if we end up loosing it tonight. With it being so so nasty from the storm yesterday I elected to just lounge around in my pjs and robe yesterday. Nothing like nice warm flannel pjs. The forecasters are already saying more snow heading our way again next weekend I guess we’ll just have to see what happens. Sammy my chihuahua want nothing to do with the snow on the snow and ice . He’s like nope not today.

Here in Abilene Texas we got snow and ice last night and almost every area around Abilene. Please just be smart and careful when you’re out.

If you're concerned about losing power, it's a good idea to have a plan for your epilepsy medications. Make sure you have enough medication on hand in case you can't get to the pharmacy, and keep them in a safe place where they won't be affected by temperature changes if the heat goes out.

Winter weather can also disrupt sleep schedules and routines, which might be seizure triggers for some people. Try to maintain your regular medication times and sleep schedule as much as possible, even when you're lounging in those comfy flannel PJs!

Stay warm and safe through the next storm. Your chihuahua definitely has the right attitude about staying inside when it's icy out there!

Tina good morning the lows are in the teens here this week all week. Between this Saturday and Sunday they are predicting and two to six inches over the weekend. I guess we’ll just have to see what happens.

I'm with Sammy on this one. I hate the cold. Even my cat Sheeda hates it. She stays in the bedroom near the heater all day. Luckily, January is almost over. I think by the second week of February, it should be a little warmer. I'm cozy in my room, with hot chocolate & YouTube/Tubi.
