No plans. Just the norm. Always hoping for a good day, that’s it. Have a dr appointment . The first 6 months of the year I try to get Dr appointments out of the way. Doesn’t work sometimes but I try.

Some people might not want to hear this but if you're still having seizures while on the Dilantin, depending on where you live. sometimes marijuana does really help. I was diagnosed with Grandmal epilepsy at the age of ten ,after 4 years of Dilantin and phenobarbital,I got tired of being so drowsy. supplemented the Dilantin with a little marijuana and my seizures stopped and stayed under control for a long time.

@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member I would love to do volunteer work in Brisbane, too, but the commute from North Carolina, USA, would be a bit long. In order to volunteer for the county, I had to go through a six-week course given by the Sheriff's department. We only met once weekly, but the class was about 3.5 hours long. Mostly, it was the class getting familiar with what the sheriff's department does and what their responsibilities are. I did get to drive a course in a golf cart with goggles that make it feel like you are drunk. I did better driving wearing the drunk goggles, although my speed was slower. We also got to go on a ride-along with a deputy, which was very interesting. The Sheriff just wants us all to be on the same page.
