@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member Sub clinical is basically just abnormal brain wave activity that a eeg picks up. Focal Impairment Awareness Seizure would happen if the activity suddenly processed. This is basically what meds and other treatments are trying to stop.
@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member No. Technically if a aura does happen and it doesn't progress any further this is called a Focal aware seizure. The only way to tell is via eeg and with the diagnosis. Tbh it's not really something to stress over. Think of like this if you know your epilepsy cause is due to a TBI then its highly likely you will have it. But if something else then I would say maybe as I only know this definitely happens with TBI related epilepsy I'm not sure about the other causes.

@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member , I never experienced Auras . Most of the time I have no clue when I seizure . If my family or friends witness me having one the alert me.

Sometimes , not alway, I experience a body tremors . My hands and fingers may tremor or my heart pulse would be racing , as if I just finished a Marathon .

There is one form of seizure I have , that I am alert of . That’s my blackouts.

Hello Randy, when you have your seizures, you don't experience an aura or know if there from a trigger that had happened?
It sounds interesting.
