My Husband vacuums
To me doing most anything whether it be from doing chores or some kind exercising like walking, sit ups or more tires me out also.
I don't like vacuuming!! I went from a house with hardwood floors and a couple rugs, to carpeting throughout. The stairs are a pain. I use an old-style canister vacuum & needed nozzle attachments to do them bc the treads are to small.
I too get easily exhausted. Sometimes just washing dishes is enough to make me have to nap. I have to get a government agency to do my shoveling as my heart can’t take it anymore and I’ve actually passed out and woken up in the snow freezing 🥶, so I don’t even try anymore, but I do try to sweep the outside stairs so that it doesn’t get packed down and turn into ice. If I vacuum, I can’t mop till the next day and then I have to sweep first and even that’s enough for the day sometimes. So I do commercial cleaning- when a commercial comes on tv, I clean or vacuum, dust etc and when the show starts again, I lay back down and catch my breath and relax until the next commercial. I’ve found that I can get a lot more done without getting so exhausted or my heart is racing out of control. Otherwise I listen to my body and just stop and go for a nap. So I try to do as much commercial cleaning as possible. I find it a lot easier on my body and mind and reduces the stress and seizure activity and the amount of naps I need trying to get something done
