I use transition lens in my glasses, helps neutralize the effects of sun/snow glare and bright lights. Prayer and studying the bible helps keep me positive, gives me peace of mind, and the strength to face each new day.

Only addition is CA/Mg/Zn supplements. What keeps me sane is my faith that God will carry me through, and that's been hammered home throughout my life. @A MyEpilepsyTeam Member I'm a conservative Lutheran & we all screw up, it's our nature. That's why we need God to get us back on track when we struggle, whether it be epilepsy & it's issues, or other things. When I forget that is when my life gets challenging.
