Anywhere between 10 - 36 hours of sleep, and water; I can't keep food down during that time period "post-seize" (as I call it) and then at least 2 - 5 days bedridden (the hours of sleep are in this period) and lots of carbs (which I know can be 'unsafe' while in ketosis); finally, always taking my meds on a schedule.

Sometimes I'm very lucky and none of this happens "post-seize" and I feel perfectly fine; the ratio is about 1 out of every 20 times, I'd estimate.

P.S.
I also shower after I sleep, and can walk without assistance and I have my balance back. It helps a lot.

I am okay after a seizure. I can resume what I was doing before.

After or at the time you have a seizure if there is someone around you should be sitting down or laying down in a safe place because after the seizures it feels like just never slept you will be very tired

I agree it takes me a week to get from being tired then 2 more from from being sore. Not too mention the bruises gashes and stitches that has to heal.
