Even though I slept good the night before. There are times I still feel very exhausted and lack of energy for that day or a few days

I get up everyday by 6, sometimes earlier. I have to take my meds at 6, Once I am up, I am up for the day until I go to bed. I have arthritis in my shoulder and back from a shoulder surgery decades ago.

Tyran, it’s been going on for awhile now. Lucky it’s not in my dominant hand as of yet. I do use a brace when it acts up in that hand.
