It doesn’t matter if my seizures have been good or bad lately. My memory has been poor 24/7 ever since my seizures started 30+ years ago.
Temporal lobe seizures definitely affect our memory. The hippocampus is located in the temporal lobe and the hippocampus is the part of your brain that stores memories. The dead brain cells in the temporal lobe effect my memory bad
Yes epilepsy has made my memory awful . It makes me mad
Yes seizures can do a number on your memory.. causing many confusions like forgetting your name. You may forget where you are. May not know what time of the day it is., after having a seizure..

Repetitive seizures can cause your brain to harden and shrink reducing your brain cells. The reduction of brain cells effects our memory
