Members imagined tools that could make living with epilepsy safer and more manageable, with medication reminders being a popular starting point, including bubble packs, apps like Nile and Dosecast, and alarm containers. Several members shared bigger dreams like an early-warning bracelet that detects seizures minutes in advance, a self-driving car for independence, and an AI-powered diary app that tracks patterns and predicts seizures. A recurring theme was the wish to feel safer and more in control of daily life, from cooking and driving to simply living without fear of the unexpected.

Already created, but a self-driving car. Just having that independence back and ability to safely go anywhere on my own would be great!

a simple diary seizure/mood/lifestyle/health app, you punch a few preset custom buttons, eg simple partial- tonic clonic / mood-anxiety, medications/periods/diet/work etc. record your life, it analyses the data via AI and finds patterns & causes the cycle & predicts your next the type, at minimum for you & doc as diary. I actually do know a bit about coding and have been doing data analysis and AI for years a useful app id be happy to help build

There are already several helpful tools for people with epilepsy, including medication tracking apps, wearable devices that detect seizures, and location/fall alert monitors. However, building on these existing technologies, an ideal tool would be an all-in-one smart device that combines multiple features:

• Accurate seizure detection and prediction
• Automated emergency alerts to caregivers/medical teams
• Medication reminders and tracking
• Real-time vital sign monitoring
• GPS location tracking for emergencies
• Sleep pattern analysis
• Trigger identification and warnings This comprehensive device would help provide peace of mind and independence while improving safety. It would combine the benefits of current tools like the Embrace2 watch with additional predictive capabilities. The device could help identify seizure patterns and potential triggers, allowing for better preparation and management of daily activities.

For medication management, it could incorporate smart reminders similar to what some MyEpilepsyTeam members already use with alarms and tracking systems, but in a more integrated and automated way.
