Another insurance plan is Humana they do have some good plans,I do not have to pay for any of my medication, there is a plan for getting my medication and that is called Patient Assistance Program I use that one and get it free other wise I would have to pay for 9 bottles of thirty pills each.I get them in the mail by FEDEX.

@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member , I have insurance & it covers all of my medications, I don’t pay a co-pay, or I haven’t had to yet on this insurance. A few years ago I started on disability & so I have insurance through that & it covers all my medications. In the past when I didn’t have any insurance, I have used the Patient Assistance Program that the manufacturer of a medication offers.m & I have also used my local Epilepsy Foundation when I didn’t have any insurance to get my seizure medication. I also used GoodRX. You could look up who uses GoodRX in your area & what the price would be at the different locations. I hope you can find a place for help. Your friend in Texas, Becky

I go to the local health clinic. The assisted me in applying for a prescription assistance plan. I received a 90 day supply from the manufacturer.

@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member, I remember when I was a kid and my dad worked. My dad, my mother, and us kids all got insurance from my dad's work. I believe if someone get's insurance from work and has kids, the kids can receive the insurance up to the age of 25.
