I moved to the San Francisco area it’s actually cold here! It’s weird! My neighbors are from Boston and West Virginia and we are wearing long sleeves because we are foggy in the morning! The highs in the Bay Area recently been in 70! I wear long sleeves because of the fog! It’s foggy and in the 50’s in the morning . People in the area say it hasn’t been this cold since the 1950’s! I throw it your way to cool your way to cool you off!

Heat & humidity is a bear in St. Louis currently as well. My brother used to live in Scottsdale AZ, & he told me that 120 in the shade was easy compared to the heat & humidity in St. Louis.
I feel for you.
