I need it cooler at night
Room temperature does affect the quality of my sleep. This is the first year I've had the pleasure of sleeping using an effective home heat pump. During winter, I am using less bedding - it's easier to get to sleep. My home is warmer and drier. I am noticing much less condensation throughout the house. Yes it would.
I cant sleep in a hot room it would irritate me. I have fan and ceiling going I have 4 fur babies who sleep in the bed 2 have longer hair and 2 don't.
It helps when I have it cooler at night to sleep well.
