It can take me a more than a half a day, to realize I had a seizure. I am still functioning, but befuddled. Does anyone else ever feel this way?

When I have any seizures, I have no clue of it , majority of the time. The only way I know is when a friend or family alerts me about my seizure . Every now and then my hands and fingers may tremor ( like im having a Nicotine fit ) . Or my heart pulse may speed up, like I just finished a marathon..
The other possible clues of my seizures are usually accidental. Like finding myself on the floor , but remember standing or walk. There have been times when I would be eating . Next my food and drink is spread an spilt across the table and onto the floor.
