Since my brain surgery my hair grew back fast. My hair still grows but not as fast, as it did in my 20s.

To give a very broad answer I would say yes. I say very broad for a few reasons.
It depends on how bad the hair loss is. If its really bad and you basically have no hair, then it probably won't work. The other issue is I'm not sure how the regrowth meds would work when you are on Aed meds.

Hair loss can be a common side effect of epilepsy medications, with many MyEpilepsyTeam members reporting this experience. While this can be concerning, there are ways to address it.

The first step is to discuss your hair loss with your neurologist. They may be able to adjust your medication dosage or switch to a different anti-epileptic drug that might have less impact on your hair. One member found improvement in side effects, including hair issues, after their doctor adjusted their Lamotrigine dosage. Never stop taking your medications without consulting your doctor first, even if you're experiencing side effects like hair loss. Your healthcare provider can work with you to find the right balance between controlling seizures and managing side effects. They may also recommend additional treatments or supplements to help support healthy hair growth while maintaining your necessary epilepsy treatment.

I agree with your post, it's dif per person, I have a small spot on the top of my head, about a quarter, and I'm not sure if it was a natural thing or was the meds or such, It has not bothered me and I am ok with that, but get peoples opinions here which is ok, but go to your doc about the post here and go from there, my opinion
