I've had my condition at first being diagnosed with, but over time since Then accepted it, but as for the question here, is it taking meds, the condition itself or side effects of the meds, having it, there are many I can come up with, but the one I noticed is with my condition is I'd say the slight case of insomnia I have time to time, I don't let it get to me per se, but that's the one that came to me about the post here, I'm not complaining about it but wondering what your thoughts are on it… read more

A bit of memory loss and not being behind the wheel of an Astin Martin.

I have recently noticed that at times I can't remember a certain word and it feels embarrassing. My memory is slowly going down hill. I can remember things from years ago but words for the moment at times just do not want to come to me, even though I take Marine Phytoplankton which really helped my memory some years ago but not now.

@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member, I am lucky. My memory is something my Neurologist and surgeon checked before and after all my seizures. It is something they always check on. Like I said, I am lucky. I am almost 54 and my memory is the best now, than it ever has been in my life. When friends or family want to remember something, they always ask me because they know that I can remember! Unfortunately, not everyone is as lucky as I am!

I agree and good call with your post, I do have my slight case of insomnia and I don't let it get to me even though I have it, I get sleep in with naps during the day when it happens to me and I am ok with that also, I do my daily routine of prayer and Bible study I do through out my day and enjoy doing it, I have other things I do but that's my opinion here,

I think with the seizures, the shaking and staring, repeating things .

As far as insomnia, I go watch tv and work on my crocheting or something to keep me busy. That way I am not disturbing my husband . He has to get up in the morning for work. By finding something to do, eventually I get tired and dose off. Even if its not in my bed, I might get a couple hours sleep.
