Its not impressive. But if you're in the hospital you have to deal with it. Im just glad I don't have to eat it all the time.

I have a biased opinion on hospital food, personally I don't think it's good at all, for the most part; but, you also have to think from the perspective of the hospital itself: Nutrition or flavoring?

I didn't start thinking this way until my last, most recent visit to the hospital due to a series of Grand Mal seizures at home, causing me to vomit and be in a daze on the entire ride to the ER; and then being admitted to the ECU for 4 days due to more seizures in the ER.

During this visit I tried to eat the food, and told my nurse I couldn't Because it had no flavor; I'll never forget her words: "would you rather it have flavor, or nutrients so we can see you get better?" I started eating the food after that, whether I wanted to or not; she was right. Thank you Nurse Tylle, and staff @ Methodist Hospital Northeast.
