I wasn't told by my doc about putting any dietary changes in my condition I have, but decided to devolope my fasting diet I put together for the couple years now, I think about 1 and 1/4 yrs now, I've lost weight 27lbs around that time doing it, It's part of my religion and religious practices I have and do also mostly, but I think I'm ok with that and going to stay with the diet I've got going and seems to be doing good in my life with, what are your thoughts about this ❓ wondering

No special diet. My cousin finds that if she eats a low carb diet it helps to control her seizures.

I wasn't told to be on a special diet. I don't eat healthy, I know that. Slowly making changes to bring more veggies in tho.
