It's happened to me a few times with my wife but once In a while I would say, that is why I only have gotten my 4.5 to 5 sleep today from last night, I also don't know if I snore either for that matter, I don't chew her out about it, but I did mention it to her, and If I have my wife hasn't said a word about it to this day, what are your thoughts about this one?
My dad can suck the paint off the wall. You could actually hear him through closed doors, so I guess I got used to it.
If you're a snorer get a sleep study done. Most likely you have sleep apnea. My wife and I have CPAP machines to take care of that issue.
Ppl can snore on their back and sides. Snoring can get crazy if it's as loud as a freight train.
@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member have you tried reasoning with her that it is beneficial for both of you that she does her cpap machine at night? Sleep is necessary for a person with epilepsy.
In the past I rarely snore unless I was very tired. However, last few years since seizures increased, I now snore majority of time. Dr suggested to repeat sleep study, I said okay but didn't think I had it. After test again years later I have it. Prior I was use to snoring and sleep machine little sound, so glad cause I don't notice it for myself. At first snoring was annoying until I got use to it from my partner
