witch one? light as in photosenitivity (flashing light) or color light (certain shades or shapes will trigger you)?

I think sensitivity to lights are part of the fun of epilepsy. Flashing lights are the worst

All flashing lights bother me. I can pass the EEG....except the flashing lights.
