I think it's dif per person, I can relate though, I have a suggestion for you, but the answer is your call, I have that happen with my mind as well once in a while, but not often, as for your sleep I think of setting up a time that could set up with a routine you decide to put together, whatever that maybe, then start up and adjust to it If you're not ok with the routine and such etc till you are ok with, that is my opinion and thoughts on how to do it, hang in there and try and stay pos.
