Water
Orange Juice but not often
Me, yes I know coffee
I only drink sofa if I go out for dinner with lots of ice
I don't drink any fruit juices - too much sugar

Foods:
Eggs - mainly boiled
Meat: Turkey sausage (breakfast)
Chicken
Ground Turkey or sometimes Ground Beef
Fish
VegetablesotAny Ifresh I like
Can Vegetables - string beans, peas, corn, beans
Frozen vegetables

Carbs
Pasta - rarely, I sometimes make spaghetti or macaroni and cheese
I rarely eat bread, occasionally English muffins or I make corn muffins

Fruits
Grapes
Cuties
Apples
Summer - any type, the more juicy the better

Snacks - Rare
Chocolate cake
Danish
Mike and Ike - very rare
Cookies

Vitamins
B3
B12
D3
Multi-Vitamin

I take these vitamins because I take Keppra

Wow. Idk I just herd that it's... what I herd. But it's not all it's suppose to be.

But I'm certain that a proper diet, sleep and environment is a lot to do.

I created my own diet plan which I feel has helped me. If it has been all the meds helping me to lose weight and have fewer seizures that is okay. I look in the mirror and love the way my smaller size clothes look on my new body, sixty-five pounds less.i am going to continue. I still have more weight I want to lose and hopefully can get down to even fewer or seizure free.
