I used to have sunlight filtered through leaves triggering seizures. Had to get prescription sunglasses to wear outside, which helped greatly. I agree with what Randy said. You'll probably find that flashing lights might be a trigger.

Is your are sensitive to sunlight and other light and triggers your seizures, you may have photosensitivity Epilepsy

If you mean the heat then yes, heat is a trigger.

No I have not had an episode while being in the sun. I can not be in the sun for very long because of my seizure medications, Onfi and Oxtellar XR.
