I have Tonic Clonic seizures as well as Absent and Myoclonic. I can deal with the twitches but the muscles stiffening up causes so much pain.

Have you talked to your neurologist about a rescue medication?

When my muscles start to feel stiff, I usually run a hot tub add Epsom Salts to it & let that take most of, if not all, the stiffness away. I learned about doing that from a penpal used to have, but they have since moved, so haven't talked or written to them in some time.

Living in Oregon now and since they came out with non THC CBD's I'd say try them. You don't get high from them and they help to relax the muscles
