Have been taking Xcopri since November 2022. I noticed after taking the dosage within two hours I start to get this feeling of being tired then that feeling gets heavier and so on until I can't keep my eyes open. This feeling happens after each evening dose then I begin to notice after about a month there is an improvement to my sleep pattern as the sleep level went from five hours a night to seven to seven 1/2 hours hours a night. I could wake up in the morning feeling like I just got out of a hot shower. This medication has been wonderful as there have been no side effect trouble also the seizure amount has dropped since starting.

That's hard to comment on. Because if a person says Xcopri did nothing but give me slow heartbeat and dizziness. It may work just fine for someone else. Everyone is different. However, here is a link,

Ontozry is the same as Xcopri but except Ontozry is used in EU.
