Briviact will give you tiredness, sleepiness and dizziness. They are side effects of the medication. It will take a few months for your body to get used to it. It took some time for me to get used to it along with the other meds and vitamin supplements i was taking. Depending on what other seizure medications you are taking, they might be increasing the side effects you are going through. Hope after some time it will work for you. Keep a diary of how you are feeling before taking your meds and after taking your meds. The info will help your doctor and your treatment.

I have been on it along with Lamotrigine and Clonazepam for a few years. I luckily haven't had any side effects from it.
