Most of the time it was stress or getting overheated.

Mine are when I’m coming down from stress.

Large gatherings, big groups / small spaces, dehydration, intense emotions, lack of sleep, and ignorant people.

I think I have a few of them, I know I think that they are more stable than before in my younger days, It's not that much of a prob with now, before when I had the condition I wasn't aware of, that was the thing that helped me accept what I have to live with and does make a difference by knowing what you have, not knowing doesn't. I still have mine time to time but are more stable am I am ok with that, my opinion

Stress Strobe lights and missed medications also I think headaches
