I am in sales which requires local driving. When I was hired I had been seizure free for 5 years so I didn't bring it up. Then I had one at work followed by 2 more within a 6 month period. Thankfully, my company has been very understanding and shifting job responsibilities when I can't drive. However, you must inform potential employer of potential limitations - even if it limits opportunity. They have the legal right to not consider you a candidate or be let go after hired if job responsibility is written that it includes ability to travel. I would have a significant salary increase like you if I could do regional travel but I can't risk it with a company that may not be as understanding. I know it sucks and severely limits potential even with increase in remote jobs. Best of luck and keep looking.
